Each one is a long-form interview of an elite professional - the top 1-2% - in his or her field. 80% of these superstars meditate consistently or did for a significant period of time. It is scientifically proven to have numerous physical health benefits.

It's not easy at first. And, some days are better than others. Be gentle with yourself. Try it for at least 10 days in a row. And, take on the suggestion of Mingyur Rinpoche (The Joy of Living) via Tim Ferris: "Do less than you think you can. For example, if sitting for 10 minutes seems like a chore, try 5 minutes."
